Daniel Stewart Securities Plc (AIM: DAN), the investment bank offering corporate advisory and institutional stock broking services, has been informed that Mr Stuart Lucas, Non-Executive Director, transferred 1,062,500 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Shares") into his SIPP today at a price of 0.45p per share.

Following the above, Stuart Lucas' interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,462,500 Shares representing approximately 0.29 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
