Board Change

Daniel Stewart Securities plc (AIM: DAN), stockbroker and corporate finance adviser to smaller and medium-sized companies, today announces that Tom Jenkins, Director, has resigned from the Board of the Company, with immediate effect.

Commenting on his departure Peter Shea, Chief Executive Officer said:
