Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that on 4 June 2013 it sold 69,146 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held in Treasury to institutional investors at 43p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, there are no longer any Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue is 25,311,791.
The above voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
