Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement of 20 January 2015, IS Solutions (Ticker: AIM: ISL) has received notice of an additional exercise of options in Speed-Trap Holdings Limited, resulting in the issue of a further 14,227 IS Solutions ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") relating to the Company's acquisition of Speed-Trap Holdings Limited.

The total number of Consideration Shares to be granted under the Acquisition Agreement will therefore be 8,948,666. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 8,948,666 Consideration Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 26 January 2015. On Admission, the Enlarged Share Capital will be 34,385,457 Ordinary Shares, including 137,452 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 34,248,005. The above voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
