Exercise of options
The Company announces that 41,786 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") previously held in treasury have today been transferred to two employees following the exercise of options over Ordinary Shares.
The Company advises that, following this transfer, the issued share capital of IS Solutions is 35,421,578 and the number of shares held in treasury is 95,666. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 35,325,912.
The above voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

IS Solutions has been a trading partner of Celebrus for over 10 years.
The business employs 116 staff, including 18 in Chennai, India, who provide product development and support. It also has a strong blue-chip client base which includes Toyota, Toshiba as well the AA, NHS, KBC Bank, Compare The Market™, URENCO, HMRC, M&S and RBS.
