Notice of Annual General Meeting, Dividend timetable

D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4t4, "the Company", "the Group" or "D4t4"), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, will hold its Annual General Meeting 2022 (the "AGM") at its registered office at Windmill House, 91-93 Windmill Road, Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16 7EF at 9.00 am BST on Wednesday 3rd August 2022.
Following the formal AGM, the Company will be hosting an online Q&A session later the same day at 3.00 pm BST.

Dividend timetable
As confirmed in the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 March 2022, released on 6 July 2022, the Company is proposing a final dividend of 2.07p per share. If approved by the passing of a resolution at the AGM, it is intended that the Dividend will be paid on 24 August 2022 to all shareholders on the register as at close of business on 15 July 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 14 July 2022.
The Company is also proposing a special dividend of 12.5p per share, also subject to shareholder approval at the 2022 AGM, payable to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 7 October 2022. The special dividend is expected to be paid on 27 October 2022, and the ex-dividend date will be 6 October 2022.
