Shareholder Open Day at Cyan offices

Cyan to host open day to demonstrate its products - Thursday 7th June 2012

Cyan Holdings plc (AIM:CYAN.L), which provides innovative solutions that reduce energy consumption for the utility and lighting markets, announces a technical open day at Cyan's office on 7 June between 10am and 12pm.

On the day, visitors will have an opportunity to meet team members at Cyan and see demonstrations of the Company's technology. The Cyan office hosts a demonstration of its CyLux® energy efficient smart lighting system that can be controlled through the CyLux WebView user interface. The principal benefits of CyLux are power measurement and savings, which are measured by an electricity meter on the network. Furthermore, Cyan has a number of smart electricity metering systems running in both Cambridge and India. Each can be monitored and controlled using the CyLec® Meter Management Console. CyLec is an integrated solution for AMR and AMI deployments.

This demonstration will be purely technical with no commercial discussions, however a number of our team will be available to go through our products in detail and answer any questions you may have on their functionality.
