Exercise of share options
The Company announces that pursuant to the terms of the Company's share option scheme, one option holder has elected to exercise Share Options in the amount of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each ("the New Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a subscription price of 0.2p each.
Application has been made for the shares, which will rank pari passu with all existing shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 4 June 2009.
