Cyan was notified on 10 October 2008 that, Kenn Lamb, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased on 9 October 2008 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company at a price of 1 penny per share. Following this purchase Mr Lamb has an interest inĀ 13,700,000Ā ordinary shares, representingĀ 3.05Ā per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company was also notified on 10 October 2008 that, Dr John Read, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased on 9 October 2008, 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company at a price of 1 penny per share. Following this purchase Dr Read has an interest inĀ 4,113,636Ā ordinary shares, representingĀ 0.91Ā per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
