Director Shareholdings

CyanConnode (AIM:CYAN.L), the world leader in narrowband radio mesh networks, announces that following the Company's announcement in its circular dated 14 June 2016 (the "Circular") in which it was set out that all Directors had agreed to receive shares in the Company at the placing price of 0.18 pence per Ordinary Share rather than receive all remuneration that became due during the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017 in cash, it has today issued the following shares of 0.01 pence per share (the "Income Shares" as defined in the Circular) to the directors of the Company:

The issue of shares set out below is the final issue to be made to Directors pursuant to the announcement in the Circular dated 14th June 2016. No shares were issued to Non-Executive Directors - their final shares issued under this scheme were issued on 30 December 2016 as shown in the RNS dated the same day.

As a result of the issue of these 51,890,082 Income Shares and 30,701,373 shares issued earlier in February 2017, the Company now has 15,886,980,099 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 15,886,980,099 may be used by shareholders as the denominator by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
