Director dealing
The Company has been informed that on 28 February 2020, the Executors of J L Gilbart ("JLG") Deceased sold 3,204,668 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), held in JLG Funds At Lloyds, at a price of 2.4 pence per Ordinary Share, and immediately repurchased the same number, in Executors of JLG, at the same price.
W D Johns-Powell, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is an Executor of J L Gilbart Deceased and the transaction was to reorganise the Estate.
Post this transaction, W D Johns-Powell and persons closely associated, remains unchanged with an interest in 17,583,490 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.64% of the Company's total voting rights.
