David has over fifteen years experience in the technology and IT sectors. Hehas held the position of director of a number of public and private companieswhere he has made a significant contribution to their business and strategicdevelopment. He has extensive experience in listings, management buy-outs andbuy-ins, venture capital start ups as well as acquisitions and disposals. David's last executive role was as Chief Operating Officer and Finance Directorof UK based banking software provider Financial Objects plc where he led theCompany's flotation on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange as well asthe organic and acquisitive growth of the business. David is currently a senior independent Non-Executive Director of Sanderson plc,a £30 million revenue software solutions company and the Chairman of TinglobalLimited, a private equity backed IT solutions vendor.
