Notifications of transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
The Company was notified on 7 July 2023 that Mark Selby, Chief Innovation Officer and a PDMR of the Company, exercised share options under the Ceres Power 2004 Employees Share Option Scheme and retained the shares. Details are set out below:
