Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) announces that on the 10 April 2017, a person closely associated with James Falla, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 34,326 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.70p per share. This represents approximately 0.003 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. As a result, the number of Ordinary Shares over which Mr Falla has a holding is 34,326.
