SAYE Share Option Scheme Block Admission Application

Ceres Power Holdings PLC (AIM: CWR) announces that an application has been made by the Company to the London Stock Exchange Plc for a block admission of 1,902,603 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") which will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme.

It is expected that the Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 20 January 2017. The Ordinary Shares, when issued, shall rank equally with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.

The Company's current issued share capital is 1,008,040,924 and will not change as a result of the block admission. The Company expects to publish its first 6 monthly Block Listing Interim Review for the Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme on or around 20 July 2017.
