The Company announces that following the vesting of certain share options awarded under the Cranswick PLC Long Term Incentive Plan (2006), certain Directors exercised some or all of these options on 18 September 2009. Those options which have not been exercised have been retained by the Director. Details of the options exercised are set out below:
