Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed today that certain persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") purchased ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares").

Mark Bottomley, Finance Director, purchased 3,500 Shares at a price of 642p each. Following this transaction, Mr. Bottomley is beneficially interested in 3,500 Shares, representing 0.0073% of the Company's total issued share capital.

Jim Brisby, Sales and Marketing Director, purchased 5,450 Shares at a price of 642p each. Following this transaction, Mr. Brisby is beneficially interested in 35,710 Shares, representing 0.0749% of the Company's total issued share capital.
