Cranswick PLC07 June 2005 7 June 2005 Cranswick plc ("Cranswick" or the "Company") Block Listing Cranswick announces that application has been made for the listing of, in aggregate, 665,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to the UK Listing Authority for admission to the Official List, and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading on its markets for listed securities. The block listing relates to Ordinary Shares to be issued under the Executive Share Option Scheme (Unapproved). When the options have been exercised, the Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
