Total Voting Rights
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1AR, the Company hereby notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 17 July 2019 consisted of 3,152,500 ordinary shares held in treasury and 1,638,150,939 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Therefore, as at 17 July 2019, the total number of voting rights attaching to the shares in the Company is 1,638,150,939. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
