Changes to segment reporting

Countrywide plc announced on 24 December 2015 its revised segmental structure ahead of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2015.

This announcement is to highlight a revision of the original RNS and accompanying presentation dated 24 December 2015.

The revised presentation reflects a more refined view of intra-group trade and income allocation between business units. The reissue is also to reclassify income on each of the business unit summaries to enable more clarity for analysts in conjunction with the stated KPIs by business units.

Revised slides have been made available on www.countrywide.co.uk/investor-relations/results-and-presentations that illustrate the changes to the comparative financial data. Total Income and EBITDA before exceptionals have been restated for the half years 2014 and 2015 and full years 2013 and 2014. Key KPIs that have been restated for the half years 2014 and 2015 and full years 2013 and 2014 are also shown. Restated full comparative numbers for the full year 2014 will be presented in Countrywide's Annual Report 2015.
