The Board of Countrywide plc announces that Cathy Turner will be stepping down as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee immediately after the Company's Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2019.

The Board are in the advanced stages of appointing a successor for the role of Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee.
