Director Declaration

Countrywide plc announces that Peter Long will stand down from Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales S.A.U. ("Parques"), listed on the Spanish Stock Exchanges (Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Valencia and SIBE Mercado Continuo) as Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 17 July 2018.

Peter Long, Executive Chairman of Countrywide plc, said: "After careful consideration of my overall business commitments, I made the decision some time ago to reduce them. I am therefore stepping down now from the Parques Board."
