PCA Shareholding
CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 3 November 2021 that Victoria Britton, the wife of Robin Alfonso, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has today purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Accordingly, Robin Alfonso and persons closely associated (PCA) with him now hold 2,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.003 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of UK MAR, provides further detail.
