Directors Dealings

Conviviality Retail Plc (AIM: CVR), the UK's largest franchised off-licence led convenience chain, announces the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by certain of its Directors. All dealings took place and were notified to the Company on 28 January 2014.

David Adams (Non-Executive Director, to be Chairman from 31 January 2013), through his personal service company Stafford Place Consulting Limited, has purchased 12,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 178p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, David has an interest in 12,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

Julie Wirth (Chief Financial Officer) has purchased 5,560 Ordinary Shares at a price of 178p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Julie has an interest in 200,560 Ordinary Shares (of which 195,000 are via option), representing approximately 0.30 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

Martin Newman (Non-Executive Director from 31 January 2013) has purchased 5,600 Ordinary Shares at a price of 178p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Martin has an interest in 5,600 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

Steve Wilson (Non-Executive Director from 31 January 2013) has purchased 12,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 178p per share. Following this transaction, Steve has an interest in 12,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

In addition, Keith Webb (Franchisee Director) exercised an option over 295,000 issued Ordinary Shares held within the Company's Employee Benefit Trust, at an exercise price of 2.719p per Ordinary Share. Keith disposed of 295,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 178p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Keith has an interest in, via option, 466,874 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.70 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
