Directors' Shareholdings
The Company was notified today that on 25 October 2010, Mr Andrew Fay, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 190,667 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 45 pence per share.
As a result of this transaction Mr Fay has an interest in 2,443,955 Ordinary Shares representing 21.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company was also notified today that on 25 October 2010, Mr Simon Redgrove, Managing Director of the Company, purchased 190,667 Ordinary Shares at a price of 45 pence per share.
As a result of this transaction Mr Redgrove has an interest in 2,361,421 Ordinary Shares representing 20.36% of the issued share capital of the Company.
