Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 8 December 2008 that on 5 November 2008 Andrew Fay, Chief Executive of the Company, transferred 17,150 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 95 pence per share to a SIPP belonging to Andrew Fay. As a result of this transaction, Andrew's disclosable interest in the Company remains unchanged at 2,254,086 Ordinary Shares representing 19.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
