Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 26 February 2009 that on 25 February 2009 a SIPP belonging to Mr Andrew Fay, Chief Executive of the Company, sold 798 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 57.08 pence per share. The Ordinary Shares were dealt by Andrew's SIPP as a result of the transfer of shares to his SIPP as notified on 15 January 2009.
As a result of this transaction Andrew Fay is now interested in 2,253,288 Ordinary Shares representing 19.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
