Currys plc (the "Company") announces that on 24 January 2022 it purchased through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc 975,353 ordinary shares in the Company of 0.1 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities at a price of £0.9634 per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by the Company as part of the share buyback programme announced on 4 November 2021. Since 14 January 2022 the Company has purchased 5,027,905 of its shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £5,097,331.14.

Highest price paid per share (GBPp): 99.70

Lowest price paid per share (GBPp): 93.95

Following the above transaction, and cancellation of the purchased shares, the Company will have 1,161,430,538 ordinary shares in issue. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 1,161,430,538. The figure of 1,161,430,538 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
