Director's shareholding
Further to the announcement made on 30 March 2011 that it has been agreed, subject to FSA approval, to appoint David Marock as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, on 6 April 2011 the Company was advised by David Marock that 15,000 Ordinary 1p shares in the Company were acquired by his wife, Deborah Marock, at a price of 153 pence per share. This constitutes David Marock's entire interest in the Company.
