Board Changes

Charles Taylor Consulting plc (LON:CTR) ("CTC" or the "Company") is pleased to confirm that David Gideon Marock has been appointed to the board as Group Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 July 2011.

There are no further details relating to the appointment of David Gideon Marock that are disclosable under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.

As previously announced, John Stephen Martin Rowe resigned as Group Chief Executive Officer and from the board of the Company with effect from 30 June 2011.

David Marock background

* David Marock graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Science in 1992. He qualified as a fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries in 1995. * He joined Southern Life Association in 1992, following which he set up and led a business development team at Old Mutual Asset Managers in South Africa. * David Marock joined McKinsey & Co in 1999 where he advised numerous financial services groups, including insurers, banks and asset managers. * He joined Beazley in 2005 and led the Specialty Lines and Political Contingency Group Claims teams and the Private Enterprise Rest of World Underwriting team. * David Marock became the Group Chief Operating Officer of Beazley in 2008 and sat on the Group Executive Committee. He also chaired Beazley's European Group, sat on the Beazley Furlonge Limited Board and on a number of Group committees in the fields of investment, risk, regulation and growth initiatives.
