Charles Taylor Consulting plc announces planned retirement of John Rowe
Charles Taylor Consulting plc (LON:CTR) ("CTC" or the "Company") today announces that John Rowe has advised the Board that, after 37 years' service with the Company, the last 17 of which were as a Board member, he wishes to retire as CEO and as a member of the Board by the end of 2011.
The Board has accepted this decision and has commenced a formal search process to identify a successor. It is expected that his successor will take up his/her duties during 2011, at which point John Rowe's retirement will take effect.
The Board has asked John Rowe to remain involved as a consultant following the appointment of his successor, which he has agreed to do.
Commenting, Rupert Robson, Chairman, said:

We believe that CTC is well placed to grow on the foundations put in place by him and we are delighted that, following his retirement, he will remain available as a consultant to CTC."
