Charles Taylor Employees' Share Ownership Plan TrustThe Codan Trust Company Limited, the trustee of the Charles Taylor Employees'Share Ownership Plan Trust ("the Trust"), has made the following purchase ofordinary shares in Charles Taylor Consulting plc.DATE Price per Number of Balance held Share Shares In the Trust 23 May 2006 367.5p 237 167,516 25 May 2006 369.5p 2,001 169,517 Messrs: JSM Rowe, JS Matthews, AJ Groom, JG Roach III, RTC Wong, MC Dean, JSMcKay. GW Fitzsioms, TD Ely and A Brannon ("the executive directors") areincluded as potential beneficiaries under the Trust. The Trust is adiscretionary trust for the benefit of such employees (including the executivedirectors) of Charles Taylor Consulting plc and its subsidiaries as the trusteemay decide to benefit.
