Board Change

Charles Taylor plc ("CT" or the "Company") today announces that George Fitzsimons, Group Finance Director, will be stepping down as an Executive Director and as Group Finance Director of the Company.

The Board has commenced a formal search process for a replacement and a further announcement will be made in due course regarding the timing of his departure. George Fitzsimons will remain with the Company for the time being to ensure an orderly hand over of responsibilities.

George Fitzsimons joined the Company in 2005 and has contributed to the growth of the Company into being a leading provider of Professional Services to the insurance market.
