Completion of the acquisition of Alico Isle of Man Limited (the "Acquisition")
Further to the announcement on 10 October 2011, the Company announces that its subsidiary, LCL International Life Assurance Company Limited, has received regulatory approval for the Acquisition from the Isle of Man Insurance and Pensions Authority. The Acquisition is now unconditional.
