Redstone PLC22 June 2006 22 June 2006 REDSTONE PLC BOARD CHANGES Redstone plc is pleased to announce that with immediate effect, Mr Alan Coppinis appointed to the Board as non-executive Chairman. Alan is replacing AndrewStafford-Deitsch who is stepping down after nearly 5 years in that position.Andrew will remain on the Board as a non-executive director to effect an orderlyhandover to Alan. Alan Coppin, aged 56, is currently the Chairman of Danoptra Holdings Limited, anon-executive director of Capital & Regional plc and a director of TimelessManagement Limited and Timeless Group Limited. He has held a number of Boardpositions over the last 10 years including that of Chief Executive of Wembleyplc, Chief Executive of the Historic Royal Palaces, and a non-executive directorof Carillion plc, Metroline plc and Expocentric plc. Alan recently stepped downas the Honorary Chairman of the Prince's Foundation to take up the Chairmanshipof Redstone. The Board also announces that with immediate effect the resignations of AshvinPathak as a non-executive director and Christopher Roberts as alternate non-executive director for Oliver Vaughan.
