Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, TClarke plc ("the Company") provides the following updated information:
As at 30 April 2019, the Company's issued share capital consists of 43,003,013 ordinary shares of 10p, each with equal voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury, therefore, the total voting rights in the Company as at that date was 43,003,013.
The above figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
