TCLARKE SECURES PLACE ON FIRST EVER NHS SMART BUILDINGS FRAMEWORK

TClarke plc ("the Group" or "TClarke"), the Building Services Group, is delighted to announce that it has been selected as one of only four companies as partners for the delivery of Smart Hospitals in the UK.

The NHS has announced the selection of only four companies as part of its 6 year National Framework Agreement for the provision of Smart Building Solutions using the Internet of Things (IoT).

The framework aims to be at the forefront and the cutting edge of applied digital technologies and infrastructure within the healthcare sector.

With the current drive to net zero the focus is truly on Smart or Intelligent buildings, TClarke is uniquely positioned to deliver the best possible outcome for our customers. Having been around for 130 years, we have seen the market conditions change with new and innovative ideas coming to the forefront which we have always embraced and harnessed, coupled with the drive by our teams to spearhead and embrace this change, thus improving quality, delivery, and cost reduction without compromising safety or any of our core values.

Our internal business, TCIB - (TClarke Intelligent Buildings) was formed with Technology in mind. All the components that make up the Smart requirements in any building is housed under the TClarke (TCIB) banner and allows us to complement our Engineering Services business divisions. TCIB provides the link to the clients ever growing demand for Intelligent Buildings that, from the outset are Smart Ready and allow for us to work with the customer to deliver a building that is fit for purpose and ready to embrace change.
