Directors' Shareholding
The Company received notification that on that on 31st March 2017 the Executive Directors of the Company exercised options over 10p Ordinary shares under the 2013 T. Clarke plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme ("the 2013 Share Save Scheme") as follows:

No new ordinary shares have been issued and allotted to satisfy the exercise of options, therefore the total number of voting rights in TClarke plc will remain as 41,829,577 (the "Voting Rights Figure").
The Voting Rights Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their voting rights interest, or a change to that interest, in the Group under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
