Westside Acquisitions PLC29 November 2006 Westside Acquisitions Plc ("Westside" or "the Company") Holding(s) in Company Further to the announcement made on 23 November 2006 which stated that:"Gailfield Limited, a company wholly owned by WJ Weston, purchased 500,000ordinary shares in the Company at 3.5p per share. WJ Weston is now beneficiallyinterested in 13,250,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company whichrepresents approximately 12% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of theCompany". The Company wishes to have it noted that following this share purchase, WJWeston is in fact personally interested in 13,250,000 ordinary shares in theCompany and a further 500,000 ordinary shares which he beneficially holdsthrough Gailifield Limited.
