Director's Shareholding

Christie Group plc (CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional Business Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the leisure, retail and care markets, is pleased to announce that, upon the recommendation of the Company's Remuneration Committee, the Board has agreed to grant options over 100,000 Christie Group ordinary shares of 2p each (the "Options") to the following Executive Director:

The Options are issued as Unapproved Share Options under the Christie Group plc 2007 Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP"). The Options will vest on or after 12 May 2018 subject to satisfaction of the performance conditions contained within the terms of the CSOP. The exercise price of 127.5 pence per ordinary share represents the closing mid market price of Christie Group ordinary shares on 11May 2015, being the date prior to grant.

Following grant of the Options, Mr Prickett has options over a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company. He has no additional beneficial shareholding.
