PDMR notification
Christie Group plc (AIM: CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional & Financial Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the hospitality, leisure, healthcare, medical, childcare & education and retail sectors, has been notified that on 28 June 2019, David Barry Rugg, Chairman and Chief Executive, who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 98.5 pence per Ordinary Share.Accordingly, Mr Rugg's beneficial and non-beneficial holdings in the Company have increased to 2,852,844 ordinary shares, representing approximately 10.75 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
