Christie Group plc ('Christie Group' or the 'Group'), the leading provider of Professional Business Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the leisure, retail and care markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Harding as Director of the Christie Group with effect from 1 July 2011.

Paul Harding has worked for Orridge & Co Ltd ('Orridge') for over 25 years, which Christie Group acquired in December 2002. Having previously worked as Sales Director, Paul was appointed as Managing Director in 2004, developing a profitable pan-European Retail stocktaking business with a sound foundation for future growth.

In addition to his role with Orridge, Paul is also a Director of Venners Systems & Services Ltd ('Vennersys'), a fellow subsidiary of Christie Group. Vennersys provides ticketing and visitor attraction software solutions to the Leisure and Hospitality industries in the UK and North America. Paul has been a Director of Vennersys since 2008.
