Total Voting Rights

Cientifica, the AIM-quoted investment company focused on investment in businesses making use of advanced materials, graphene and emerging technologies, announces that the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise of 34,255,690 ordinary shares of 0.5 p each in issue, with each share carrying one voting right. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 34,255,690. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
