Strategic Review
Following the announcement made by the Company on 1 February 2012, the Board confirms that it has concluded its review of strategic options for the business and as a result it is no longer considering a sale of the Company. As previously announced, the Board will continue to seek to raise at least GBP0.5 million net of costs to support the development of the business.
The Board confirms that it is not in any discussions with any party regarding a potential offer for the Company. For the purposes of the Takeover Code this announcement ends the offer period in respect of the Company.
