Statement re Suspension
Avia announces that, due to delays in the audit process caused by recent board changes and the Convertible Loan Agreement entered into with Advanced Computer Software PLC, the Company will not be in a position to publish its Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2012 ("the 2012 Report & Accounts") by 30 September 2012, in accordance with AIM Rule 19. As a result, the Company's ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on AIM at 7.30am today and will remain suspended until the publication of the 2012 Report & Accounts. Further updates will be provided in due course.
