Exercise of options - "Save As You Earn" share option scheme
The Company has been notified of the following transactions in relation to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in respect of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares").
Following the appointment of Fiona Ryder on 4 August 2025 as Interim Chief Financial Officer and PDMR, we have been notified that on 2 September 2025, Ms. Ryder exercised options over 10,346 Shares. The options were granted on 14 July 2022 under the Convatec 2017 Save as You Earn scheme, at an option price of 173.97 pence per Share.
