External User Tests

CloudTag (CTAG:LN), the company that brings personal monitoring to the health, wellbeing and fitness markets, is pleased to announce that it has commenced independent external user testing on the latest version of its first wearable product in collaboration with the Human Performance Unit at the Centre for Sports and Exercise Science, University of Essex.

These independent, external tests follow the success of the internal testing programme to optimise the proprietary sensors and cutting edge algorithms developed with our partner Imec International which began in May 2015 at the Company's Research & Performance Unit. This external testing phase includes a complete range of functional, user and system tests of the first wearable product and is being conducted by the University of Essex, rated in the top 10 in the UK for the quality of its research. This ensures they are carried out by an independent third-party and completed to the highest standards of academic research standards.

The tests will cover a range of physical activities using CloudTag's latest iteration of the first wearable product and will take participants through a strict testing protocol while recording and analysing data from the wearable product, benchmarking performance against the appropriate "gold standard" measurement in each area. The final product is on track to launch at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in January 2016.
