These factors have promptedthe growth of an intelligent and responsive security industry and the provisionof innovative overt and covert security solutions. The Board of Croma, the specialists in the design, development and production ofovert and covert surveillance and defence related products, today updatesshareholders on the launch of three new innovative surveillance products andprovides an overview of the Group's entire solutions portfolio. NEW SOLUTIONS Developed by Croma-Shawley, the Group's CCTV arm, "i-vision", "Remotivision" andthe "King IPT 765 Integrated Head" were conceived in response to the increasingsecurity issues that face us today. Today, the Board will be unveiling i-vision,Remotivision and the King IPT 765 at Ifsec, the leading global security annualinternational exhibition and conference, to an anticipated 25,000 visitors. The new wireless i-vision CCTV system enables surveillance of temporary orpermanent troublespots by police, local authorities, utilities and transportoperators. A scaleable security solution, i-vision was developed withflexibility in mind and has the ability to add third party protocols whenrequired. i-vision allows for the simultaneous display, recording and playbackof multiple cameras. Multi level camera patrols and sequences can also bedefined and implemented, and its built-in search tool aids the easy location ofrecorded footage, as well as featuring a footage gallery to keep selectedrecorded footage. Remotivision, a stand-alone wireless CCTV system for remote or temporarylocations, is suited to the surveillance of remote utilities such as reservoirsand large government installations. Remotivision needs no main power supply aspower is supplied from an integral battery maintained by the units own wind andsolar charging devices. The unit can be programmed to alert the client via themobile phone network of any movement in the area it is monitoring, and imagescan be viewed and the unit may be operated via PC from any location. The King IPT 765 is the first integrated camera mount to feature a power supplyin the head itself, making installation a simple 'plug & play' operation. Theunit, which may be top-mounted, or inverted, has a 180 degree unobstructed tiltand continuous rotation to offer 0.1-100 degrees per second pan & tilt speeds.The unit, which also offers a sun visor and wiper facility option for use in theharshest of environments, combines performance, aesthetics and quality.
