Croma Security Solutions Group plc (AIM:CSSG), (the "Company") today announces that Sebastian Morley, Executive Chairman of the Company, has transferred 26,000 shares from his personal holding into his SIPP. The shares were transferred at a price of 77.1p per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Morley continues to have a beneficial interest in 575,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.86% of the Company's issued share capital.
