Appointment of Non-Executive

Croma Security Solutions Group plc (AIM:CSSG), the security services provider is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Naylor as Non-Executive Director, replacing Charlie McMicking with immediate effect.

Steve is an experienced finance director of both public and private companies. Currently, he provides fractional finance director services to growing businesses, where he has worked with a number of ecommerce, telecommunication and software companies. Previous positions include being the finance director of Advanced Smartcard Technologies PLC, an AIM listed company, and the company secretary of main market listed Sanderson Group PLC . Steve is an ACA Chartered Accountant.

Stephen Naylor, aged 68, currently holds the following other directorships, and holds no ordinary shares or options in the Company.
